Sport Fishing USA

Sport Fishing USA is a three piece rock/powerpop band from Yellow Springs, OH. Sport Fishing USA formed in 2010 after the initial tracks were recorded in the bedroom of guitar player/ songwriter Nathan Moore for the self titled debut album.

Combining 60s psychedelic pop with 70s raw power and 80s electronics, Sport Fishing USA is a distilled amalgamation of American popular music.

Brothers Nathan Moore (guitar) and Brendan Moore (bass) harmonize catchy pop melodies, searing guitar solos, and virtuosic bass lines across a landscape of pure rock and roll rhythm propelled by David Byrne (drums).

It's a power-trio derivative of early British invasion fuzz, propelling itself into the 22nd Century with honest, timeless pop melodies. Still homemade, loud and blasting from a garage near you. Sport Fishing USA is currently working on their 3rd full length album.
